Love Letters
By A. R. Gurney
In ‘Love Letters’, Andy and Melissa read the letters they have written to one another over fifty years, and through them tell the story of their friendship, their triumphs, their disappointments and of course their love. The play was a finalist for the 1990 Pulitzer Prize in Drama.

Timothy Lone and Louisa Graf tackle the challenge admirably
It’s a quiet play that slowly unfolds as the decades in Andy and Melissa’s lives roll by.

Straight from the heart
A.R. Gurney’s genteel two-hander may seem old-fashioned and quaint in the digital age, but the emotions the author wrings from his text are very real.
